About us and our Mission

Attentive Care Solutions is a family run business, with over 30 years working in a variety of social care settings,    working with Youths and with clients of all ages with Learning Disabilities.   

At Attentive Care Solutions our mission is to empower individuals through personalised mentoring and practical life skills development.   We are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive service where every person is seen, heard and valued.    Our goal is to help individuals build confidence, independence and resilience, whatever their     individual challenges to help them to thrive personally,                    academically and socially.  

We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to grow and succeed, regardless of their current situation or challenges.   By providing tailored support, one to one mentoring and skill building programmes, we work to unlock each persons unique potential.   Our professional and compassionate mentors are trained to foster self-esteem,     encourage self advocacy and guide individuals to master essential life skills. 

Through collaboration with families, schools and communities, we aim to create a network of understanding and   encouragement around each individual we support.   

Our Vision 

Our vision is an environment where no one feels isolated, or their current challenges affect their life long outcomes, we want all people to feel empowered to live the life to their fullest potential, which we know from a personal level, looks different for every person.   We strive to help transform the current narrative by focusing on peoples strength and teaching new skills to open the world up to all.  

We envision a future where every individual we support feels confidence in their abilities, equipped with the skills to navigate lifes' challenges and connect to a community which uplifts and celebrates achievements.   

By continuously innovating our programmes, and investing in the professional growth of our mentors, we aim to set a new standard for excellence in support and mentoring services.   At the heart of our vision is the belief that with the right guidance and encouragement, everyone has the pwoer to grow, thrive and contribute meaningfully to society.
