Supporting Clients with Learning Disabilities
We are dedicated to supporting and empowering clients with Learning Disabilities to gain confidence and independence. Our one to one support packages include accessing the community and promoting social skills and inclusion. We can help with assistance into independent living, help carrying out day to day tasks such as shopping, meal planning, advocacy services, job readiness training and daily living skills. We build support plans which are truly client centered to achieve the best possible outcomes for each unique client.
Youth Mentoring
Youth Mentoring plays a vital role in helping children and teens achieve their goals by providing guidance, encouragement and positive role models. Our mentors help young people set realistic achievable goals and develop the skills and confidence needed to reach them. We offer academic support, career advice and life skills coaching while also building self esteem and resilience. By creating a safe, trusting relationship mentors give children and teens someone to turn to for advice and motivation. We aim to empower our clients to live a bright and fulfilling future.
